The village of New Romney is on Romney Marsh, which is a particularly beautiful area of countryside. It is also flat and great for cycling. We are surrounded by excellent cycle routes and can supply you with the 'Romney Marsh Meanders' cycle pack, which contains five self guided cycle routes around the peaceful lanes of Romney Marsh.
New Romney is also just one mile from the sea, and cyclists can take advantage of the newly built beachside promenade which, when completed, will run from Dungeness through to Folkestone. New Romney is also on National Cycle Route 2, the South Coast Cycle Route, which is open and signed between Brighton and Dover.
